Adrian has a passion for fitness and practises what he preaches when it comes to exercise and moving well. He’s competed in fitness bodybuilding competitions successfully and knows what it takes to make significant changes to health when addressing the psychological and nutritional aspects, as well as the physical side. Because of this Adrian will often see avid gym-goers, golfers, runners, bodybuilders and people looking to improve in their sport.
