Gianluca completed his BCs (Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of Padova in 2015. Following this, he went on to obtain his MSc in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy and specializing in Musculoskeletal Disorders and Evidence-Based Physiotherapy at KU Leuven, Belgium. He has gained experience in a wide range of settings and with a variety of musculoskeletal caseload either in chronic or acute conditions, both in Belgium and Italy.
He is passionate about treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries using a wide range of manual techniques and through customized exercise therapy. He carefully personalizes every rehabilitation plan combining “hands-on” and specific exercises. He strongly believes in building a thriving therapeutic relationship with his patients, which he considers the key for the best recovery path. Gianluca is acupuncture trained through the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). He has a special interest in low back, shoulder, knee, and ankle/foot injuries.
During his free time, he loves swimming, climbing and practicing hatha yoga. He fluently speaks, English, French and Italian and he enjoys exercising his language skills and getting in touch with different cultures.
